The host sends a calendar invitation. Google, Outlook and other calendar apps may ask you to accept it. The downloadable invitation includes one-day and one-hour reminder requests; your calendar app and settings control reminders.

Cancellation at least 48 hours before the start receives a full refund. Later cancellation before the start deducts 30 minutes at this session's rate, capped at the amount paid. Contact the host for rescheduling or changes after the appointment starts.
