Use the editable intake worksheet to note your goals and questions. The optional dog section is for coaching with Carolyn. Leave anything that does not apply blank.
Keep the completed file on your device until your host confirms how to share it. This website does not upload or save your answers.
Your confirmed booking should include the host, date, time zone and online link or onsite address. Accept the invitation in Google Calendar, Outlook, Apple Calendar or the calendar app you use.
If your email app offers an .ics attachment, open it in your calendar. Check the imported time and reminders. Your calendar settings determine which notifications you receive.
If the invitation is missing or the time looks wrong, contact your host before the appointment.
Choose a quiet place and keep your usual walking equipment nearby. For an online session, test the camera and sound, charge your device, and arrange a stable view. Let Carolyn know about pain, recent changes, bite history or handling concerns before any practice.
For onsite visits, confirm the address and arrival instructions. Secure other pets and clear a comfortable working space. You do not need to make your dog perform or demonstrate a difficult behavior for the appointment.
Use your confirmation to check the appointment subject and format. Write down what you want to work on, what you have tried, and any access or equipment questions. Ask A.J. what to bring before buying or transporting equipment.
Service details, preparation and meeting arrangements are agreed directly for your appointment.
