Clear Client Policies
We collect a $75 deposit via Stripe at checkout to officially block out Carolyn's calendar for your initial session. The remaining tuition balance is due at the start of your first scheduled coaching visit via card, check, or ACH bank transfer.
We ask for at least 48 hours notice to reschedule a scheduled session without penalty. Because we reserve dedicated one-on-one travel windows across Lehigh Valley, late cancellations under 48 hours forfeit the $75 deposit to cover reserved scheduling time.
No! Unlike trainers who force clients onto monthly subscription software like PupManager or Acuity, our native Pup Portal is 100% free and open-source. You retain permanent lifetime access to your dog's habit tracker, skill ladder, and digital guides with zero monthly fees.
